Haiti - M. begonia (1638-1710) and comprises more than 1000 species of annual and perennial herbaceous plants, shrubs niskorasli poluhrastovidni and naturally distributed in tropical and subtropical regions of America, Southeast Asia, Africa, the island of Madagascar and the others. Inhabits moist, shaded places on the old trees and roots and in crevices of rocks. Begonia first presented in England in 1777. Be grown for its ornamental foliage and beautiful flowers. In our country are only a dozen popular varieties. It is among the most preferred indoor plants for its rich colors of the leaves and because the relatively rapid increase. In principle it is not capricious growing, but has several features which must be strictly adhered to.
Bauer of begonia is characterized by compactness, and therefore is suitable for planting of large areas not under the balcony gardening, and creating tiny group compositions.

The plant reaches about 15-25 cm tall and has small, evenly spaced colors. The leaves are heart-with a length of 8 cm and edging of brown flecks and fibers in the end.
